Step away from your everyday stressors and take an hour with me to unwind. I will walk you into a meditative state through deep clarifying breaths and positive affirmations. You are invited into this safe space to meet yourself where you are. You are welcome to cry, scream, laugh, or more commonly done—fall asleep.
I will provide all necessary tools for the session ie massage table, music, incense and/candles, crystals.
You are welcome to use your own blanket, crystals, candles, or any other items to make you more comfortable. This session is about YOU.
You will leave feeling lighter, more energized, and well loved.
Session safe for all ages.
Price includes travel within 10 mile radius of Grapevine, TX.
Outside of that .50 per mile.
